About Rhythm Clinical Psychology
I am a clinical psychologist offering in-person and telehealth appointments in Surry Hills, Sydney. I provide evidence-based therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and relationship patterns, with a focus on emotional clarity, insight, and meaningful change.
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they understand intellectually, but still struggle to shift emotionally—such as anxiety, depression, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, burnout, or feeling out of sync with themselves.
In my work, I see therapy as something that moves with you. Rather than rushing change, I aim to create space to slow down, understand your experience, and gently explore the patterns shaping your life.
My approach is grounded in presence, dedication, and genuine connection, while also making space for humour and courage as part of the therapeutic process. I believe meaningful change often comes not only from insight, but from the willingness to face difficult experiences with support and compassion.
Sessions are collaborative and paced to suit your needs, supporting both insight and practical change. I work best with clients who are reflective, curious, and looking for deeper, sustainable shifts over time.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to begin, therapy can be a space to find a steadier, more grounded rhythm that feels more aligned with you.
